Frames are cut from 1-3/16" rabbeted
stock. The frame is glued and blind-nailed to the subfloor and the
flooring fitted to it. |

**** NOTE**** If not specified on your order,
the EggCrate pattern may not have equal sized holes.
In manufacturing the inner field will be all even
openings of 7/8" x 7/8". Depending on the vents duct size, the
outer boarder of openings will be +/- 7/8" and could look more
rectangular.

For Wall and Ceiling Applications
the entire vent can be sanded to the desired thickness.
For Floor applications, Flush with Frame, ONLY the frame
is sanded to match the wood floor thickness. |
| Flush NO Frame and Flush WITH Frame are
available in a variety of thicknesses, including 5/8”, 9/16”, 1/2” and
3/8”. |
